Auto Mechanic / Technician 

S.G. Wells Ford is currently looking for an automotive mechanic to complete its team. 


Job Description 

We are looking for a Mechanic for a permanent year-round position with a full-time schedule. The salary will be established according to the competency card.  The successful candidate will have to diagnose mechanical problems, inspect and carry out general mechanical work for the Ford brand or others.

  • Perform complete and accurate vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and estimates, according to the manufacturer's strictest standards; 

  • Analyze repair orders and vehicle inspection reports; 

  • Determine vehicle defects based on customer complaints and own rigorous inspection; 

  • Document on the repair order all work performed and recommended; 

  • Conduct road tests to verify the quality of repairs; 

  • Communicate with Service Advisors and clearly explain repairs and any additional maintenance required. 

  • Be organized and results-oriented; 

  • Be comfortable with technology; 

  • Be able to work in a team; 

  • Have good physical capacity; 

  • Ability to adapt and withstand pressure. 

  • Have a degree in mechanics

  • Hold a valid class 5 driver's license.

FORD Automotive Sales Consultant 

S.G. Wells Ford is currently looking for an automotive sales consultant to complete its team. 


Job Description 

We are looking for energetic personalities that sincerely care about customer needs. FORD experience would be preferred. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers visiting our dealership and website. We offer highly competitive wages and enticing incentive bonus packages.

  • Provide exceptional customer service on all interactions, give all customers consideration and respect, understand their needs, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Answer/respond promptly and accurately to all customer calls, emails or text messages relating to Vehicle Sales inquiries.
  • Ensure customer vehicle quotes are competitive and reasonable
  • Learn and maintain product knowledge on manufacturer specific vehicles and manufacturer specific rebate and incentive programs
  • Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees
  • Ensure that all work performed is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion
  • Work effectively without supervision
  • Attend factory-sponsored and Dealer-specified training classes as scheduled by Management
  • Other duties as required by Management

  • Valid OMVIC license
  • FORD Automotive Sales Experience preferred
  • Must have a valid Drivers License and clean drivers abstract

  • Well-spoken, friendly and articulate with the ability to effectively communicate in writing
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to be flexible under changing conditions
